The Josh Groban and Bruno Mars front covers appear to draw a lot of attention to the faces of each of the artists. We should definately take this into consideration when we are making our digipack. On Josh Groban's front cover, there are two entirely different fonts for his name on the two words. The "Josh" is a plain font and is black, whereas the "groban" is white and in italics. The effect of this being that the "Groban" stands out much more than the "Josh". I suspect that this is done on purpose to get his name to stand out. The artist name of Bruno Mars does not stick out at all, the name fades into the background and despite it being quite large, it is not in a colour that stands out.
The Daniel Powter front cover does not focus on his face, however he is roughly in the centre and is the main focus of the cover. We should take from this that our artist needs to be the main focus on the front to show the public who he is. His name doesn't stick out much, however, it is white font and is in front of something which is quite plain in colour, therefore it is easily visible. This could be a good idea for us to use (white writing in front of a darker background).
